This site is the official web site of the South T-Bar Ranch Property Owners Association. It's purpose is to:

Provide information to the members about the operations of the POA
Provide information to the members about actions and proposed actions by the Board of Directors through Agendas and Minutes
Provide a place for members to communicate with the leadership of the POA
Provide a place where members can communicate with other members through the forums and through the sharing of photos, etc.
Provide information to prospective neighbors

Recent News and Site Updates

6/28/2009 - The POA Leadership page has been updated to reflect the results of the elections on Saturday, 6/27/2009.

6/3/2009 - The 2009 Annual Meeting Announcement documents have been posted in the Owner Meeting Documents section. The on-line forms for RSVPs and Nominations have also been posted.

4/17/2009 - Fremont County has temporarily suspended the fire ban. The need for a fire ban will be assessed weekly. See the story in the Cañon City Daily Record

3/10/2009 - Effective today, there is a Stage 1 Fire Ban in effect for all of Fremont County which includes South T-Bar Ranch. For more information, please visit the TRFPA or Fremont County website

3/05/2009 - The March 2009 edition of the newsletter has been posted in the Newsletters catagory of the Documents section.
